Private equity manager Exeo Capital announced the sale of its stake in the South African company InteliChem, which specialises in providing crop protection solutions. A company that the financial firm was pleased to have developed « substantially, providing capital for its growth and helping the company to identify and evaluate development opportunities ».
Exeo Capital, which has offices in South Africa, Kenya and Mauritius, had, through its Agri-Vie Fund I, acquired a 49.9% stake in InteliChem in 2013, which it sold to Masimong Group Holdings, another South African investment company. However, the amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
